Robyn Hildal, VP for talent and diversity, The E.W. Scripps Company, is an accomplished human resources leader with expertise in talent management and diversity. During her distinguished career she has transitioned from generalist to more pioneering and visible positions, such as HR business partner, minority recruiting liaison, and, finally, to her current role. Diversity and inclusion are among Robyn’s passions. After leading Scripps’ corporate minority-recruiting efforts, with special focus on minority journalism organizations, she was key in developing a Scripps diversity program and position.
