Ericca Williams is the Senior eLearning designer and developer for Whirlpool Corporation’s field sales organization. She has been involved with the development of product and software training for over 10 years. For the last three years, her focus has been on supporting the sales organization virtually through the design of online courses, mLearning, and virtual sales conferences, for both internal and external audiences.
