Susan O'Connell

Learning and Organizational Development Manager, Habitat for Humanity International

Susan O’Connell has led and advised on strategic and cost-effective learning programs ranging from face-to-face to asynchronous eLearning for over 15 years. In 2009 Susan transitioned from a successful career as an instructional designer in the Fortune 50 business setting to the international nonprofit sector. At Habitat for Humanity International, she introduced blended and virtual learning programs, increased online course completions, and replaced the organization’s enterprise-wide learning management system. Susan holds a master of education degree from the University of Georgia.
