Jennifer Hughes

Senior Consultant/Instructional Designer, Metrix Group

Jennifer Hughes has significant experience leading the analysis, design, development, and implementation of end-to-end blended learning systems for clients. Jennifer has also managed client accounts, and large-scale program development with multiple, cross-functional work streams. With a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree, and a Master of Education degree in progress, she take an interdisciplinary approach to her projects, with a focus on adult learning and sound ID principles. Outside her Metrix Group work, Jennifer plays an active role on the board of directors for DECA Ontario, an organization that provides experiential learning opportunities in the business community for secondary-school students.
