Joe Caplan, CPA, is the Managing Director at FinSoft, LLC and the President of Clear Choice Seminars, Inc. He has been in the asset-based lending (ABL) profession since 1985 as a field examiner, audit manager, ABL per-diem examiner, seminar instructor, software developer, and entrepreneur. Joe is a graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia, with a dual degree in accounting and finance. He has been working with Adobe Captivate and the development teams since the inception of the product.
