Lory Lanese has been in the learning and instructional design field since the 1980s. From 2003–2011, Lory managed EUT Point of Performance within Information Technology at Intel Corp. In this position, she lead her organization to strategically shift from training to performance support. Recently, Lory accepted a position where she is supporting Arizona Factory-Manufacturing Site organizational capability. She has been managing and leading for the majority of her career, in local and global organizations of various sizes, chartered to address different aspects of learning and human performance needs.
