John Peterson, MBA, is a 25-year veteran of the telecom industry, with leadership roles in learning, human resource performance tools, engineering, and applying innovative technology for business solutions. Certified in security (CCISP), network engineering (CCNA), and Six Sigma process methodologies, John has extensive experience in leading the development of applications using rapid application development techniques and open-source computing platforms. His role the last five years as director of performance support for Sprint University has been focused on applying technology to the learning field to ensure knowledge is at the point-of-need for customer care and sales agents.
