Erika Robertson focuses on supporting social-learning adoption and on developing templates and best practices to guide social-learning implementation. Erika has collaborated on numerous initiatives within Cisco’s learning organization, including global-competency frameworks, the design of an immersive-learning roadmap integrating virtual-world maturity levels with collaborative activities, and the design and development of active learning modules within virtual worlds.
