Todd Dooley

Senior eLearning Designer, Anthem

Todd Dooley is a senior eLearning designer at Anthem. The greater part of his career has been spent in Anthem’s training department, where he was responsible for claims and customer service training, and instructional design for the operations organization. He currently designs eLearning courses geared toward the enterprise audience. He is a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) and a Certified Instructional Technologist (CIT) and is an International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) Award of Excellence Winner for Outstanding Performance Aid.
