Tim Darden

Director, New Media Development, National Restaurant Association

Tim Darden is responsible for the globalization and localization of ServSafe, a food safety training and certification program, and he manages the production of videos, media-rich eLearning, and translations for the National Restaurant Association. Tim previously developing eLearning programs for McDonald’s in their learning and development department. He spent six years working for NETG where he produced laserdisc and CD-ROM training programs. Tim started his career at WNDU-TV (NBC) and WNIT-TV (PBS) in Indiana. Tim is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, and he has won several Telly, Aurora, and ITVA awards for videos and eLearning.
