Lynn Schmidt

Lynn Schmidt has 25 years of experience as a learning and organization development professional in large corporations. In her current role, Lynn is responsible for learning initiatives across the organization. Lynn has extensive experience in measurement and evaluation, is certified in return-on-investment (ROI) evaluation, and in 2002 received the Jack and Patti Phillips ROI Practitioner of the Year Award. Lynn is very active in ASTD, has presented at numerous conferences, and has taught at Georgetown University. Lynn holds a B.S. in Business Administration, an MBA, an M.A. in Human and Organization Systems, and a Ph.D. in Human and Organization Development.
