She has extensive experience in curriculum design and facilitation for small, medium, and enterprise customers. She develops highly interactive eLearning courses that focus on engaging the learner through the use of tools such as Lectora, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash. In her prior position, Jaime was a senior trainer for Microsoft, delivering technical training programs and tailored solutions for clients nationwide. Jaime earned a B.B.A. from Baylor University in Computer Information Systems and Human Resource Management.
