Tom Eucker is an organizational effectiveness consultant with GLOBALFOUNDRIES. With 30 years’ experience as a manager, consultant, trainer, and educator, Tom has developed expertise in training, organization development, performance engineering, business process management and improvement, knowledge management, and management and leadership development. An accomplished instructor, facilitator, and presenter, he has authored several articles and chapters, has served since 1992 on the editorial board for Performance Improvement Quarterly, holds a PhD in instructional psychology from the University of Southern California, and has served as an adjunct professor at several universities.
