Julie Clow

VP for Learning and Development, Two Sigma Investments

By virtue of her educational influences, Julie Clow considers herself broadly involved in organizational behavior management, with learning and development as the primary vehicle. Julie started her career as an instructional designer and rose to become the Chief Learning Officer of Carley Corporation, a custom training-development company. Julie joined Google in 2006, where she led non-technical training and organizational development for Engineering. Julie now serves as the VP for Learning and Development at Two Sigma Investments in New York City. Her book launched in April and has been featured on CNBC.com. Julie holds a Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis from Auburn University.
