Rory Frey is the director of academy training and development for Catalyst360, an Optum company. He manages and develops courseware and media for Siebel Systems and health insurance products and procedures. He is an expert in both online and classroom facilitation. Rory produces video and self-paced online learning using Adobe products (Flash, Presenter, Captivate, and Premier), Camtasia Studio, and Microsoft Products. Rory has over 13 years of experience in training for contact-center agents and in the technologies needed to support agents’ learning.
