Brenda Enders is the president and chief learning strategist for Enders Consulting and specializes in leveraging innovative technologies to improve employee performance. Brenda has 19 years’ experience in the learning and development field. Her first book, Manager’s Guide to Mobile Learning, was published in 2013. Prior to founding Enders Consulting, Brenda was the chief learning strategist and learning services practice leader for a custom learning solutions provider for 12 years, where she led the design and deployment of innovative and award-winning custom learning solutions.

Sarah Gilbert

President, meLearning Solutions

Sarah Gilbert, the president of meLearning Solutions, specializes in eLearning and mobile learning strategy, design, and development. Working with organizations in a variety of industries globally, Sarah creates unique learning experiences that improve knowledge retention, influence behavior, and increase productivity. Sarah's work has been published in The Book of Road-Tested Activities (2011) and 68 Tips for eLearning Engagement and Interactivity (2013). She regularly speaks at conferences and business events on the practical application of learning technology.

Mark Lassoff

Founder and President, LearnToProgram Media

Mark Lassoff is the founder and president of LearnToProgram Media, a company that produces online courses that teach web, mobile, and game development. Writing his first programs on a Commodore 64 at age 11, Mark has been coding for over 25 years; more than 125,000 students have learned programming online from him. Mark also writes the “Mobile, Tablet, and Laptop” column for Learning Solutions Magazine. His latest book, PHP & MySQL for Beginners, is an Amazon bestseller.

Ty Marbut

Executive Producer, Ty Marbut Instructional Video

Ty Marbut, the executive producer at Ty Marbut Instructional Video, works as an independent producer of instructional multimedia, teaches beginning video production, and leads video strategy and production for Portland State University’s School of Business Administration’s online degree programs. Ty was a producer on several documentary film productions and has served as every role in production and post-production on hundreds of interactive video eLearning modules. His educational background in cognitive psychology (specifically pedagogy with multimedia) brings his academic background and the skills gained from numerous training-focused video productions to help trainers become effective video producers and video teachers, particularly when budget is limited and efficacy is critical.
