Using a systems training case study, you’ll explore the transformation of an existing eLearning course into a blended solution that provides initial training, learning reinforcement, performance support, and reference, all within the confines of the original authoring tool (in this case, Storyline 360). In doing so, you’ll look at redesigning content, user interface, and navigation to optimize usability for each purpose.
