In this session participants will explore the primary measures of transfer to job performance and how application of these disciplines are monitored and supported. You will learn details on each of the measures including clearly defined wildly important goals (WIGs), lead indicators for each WIG, how to display the current and targeted results on each measure, and how to review performance against these measures. You will also explore various ways that performance support can be used to support these factors.
