This provides a new and innovative way to think about eLearning by using video blended with traditional eLearning and building in “commercials” to convey critical information to new hires about the company. Participants in this session will learn how to make the shift in an onboarding program to take the reality TV phenomenon and use it as a powerful eLearning tool. You’ll look at how this format can have a powerful impact on learners, and how to provide a repeatable and consistent learning experience no matter where the learners are located.
