How do you provide performance support to learners when you don’t have the funds or resources to do it? Enterprise solutions are often expensive and require time and resources across multiple departments. Adopting performance support does not require advanced technologies or an expansive budget. Freezes on budget increases and additions to headcount, and new system implementations, forced the learning and development division at First Citizens Bank to design and deliver effective performance support leveraging existing technology and resources.
In this session, you will learn how First Citizens enlisted support from its business partners and implemented a simple, effective, and inexpensive performance support strategy that any organization can easily implement regardless of existing learning technologies. You will leave this session with methodology and templates you can customize for use in your organization.
