Captivate has extensive capabilities, and you can use it to develop training that attracts the learner and keeps them involved in the learning process. You’ll learn how Blood Systems developed a learning environment that provides intermediate-level knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Processes in the blood banking industry using an interface that interests employees and engages them in a storyline that makes the content “sticky.”
