L&D professionals are struggling with compliance training all over the world. Learning needs to be smarter, faster, and better; it should also be continuous, with lower costs and higher returns. With their online “learning buddy” Yellow, employees don't have to come to class for compliance training. This reduces the time in training while also reducing assembly errors and ensures that employees are quickly deployed. With Yellow, it feels like there's someone  looking over the shoulder of our employees and helping to answer difficult technical questions. We’ll share how implementing workflow and adaptive learning reduced costs for their L&D department as well as for their business. The business doesn't have a gap in its planning, and the L&D department doesn't have to facilitate compliance training anymore.
