DevLearn 2016 Virtual Reality Experience Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The DevLearn 2016 Virtual Reality Experience Sweepstakes (sweepstakes) is open to the public. Must be 18 years or older to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. No purchase necessary to enter or win, nor will a purchase improve one’s chances of winning.
  2. Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM Pacific Time on October 11, 2016 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on October 31, 2016.
  3. How to Enter: Entrants must be registered for DevLearn 2016 to be entered to win or send name and address on a 3”x5” card to The eLearning Guild, 120 Stony Point Road, Suite 125, Santa Rosa, CA 95401. Limit one (1) entry per person throughout the sweepstakes period. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on October 31, 2016.
  4. Prizes:
    1. Ten (10) winners will be chosen. Each winner will receive the following:
      • One (1) guided virtual reality experience with keynote Maxwell Planck, Technical Founder at Oculus Story Studio, in the general session room at DevLearn 2016 on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 starting at 5:45 PM PT.
  5. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received by the end of the sweepstakes period. Prizes may not be sold and are not transferrable. Prizes cannot be redeemed in lieu of other products or cash. Offer expires October 31, 2016.
  6. Drawing: Ten (10) winners will be selected in a drawing held by The eLearning Guild after October 31, 2016, from among all eligible entries received.
  7. Notification of Winners: Ten (10) winners will be notified via email by The eLearning Guild at the email address provided in his/her registration form. If a potential winner does not respond within 7 business days, an alternate winner will be selected by The eLearning Guild. If a potential winner’s email address is found to be undeliverable his/her entry will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by The eLearning Guild.
