Marcella Roberts currently works in sales enablement, where she has owned the process of optimizing content management systems and building a new learning program from the ground up. Prior to joining the corporate L&D world in 2022, she spent over a decade designing and delivering learning content in higher education. She is also completing a master's degree in organizational performance and workplace learning from Boise State University, which helps to fulfill her continuous passion for expanding her knowledge of performance improvement and learning design.

Working in the L&D industry since 2000, Ben Jacobson has produced eLearning, instructor-led courses, and blended learning curriculums for a wide range of industries and subject matters, including food production and safety, industrial manufacturing, safety and compliance, sales and other “soft skills,” and software applications. Ben has a passion for understanding and breaking down complex topics and finding new and creative ways to make them more easily accessible to learners.
