James Holcomb is a manager at Daikin Comfort Technologies and has spent several years designing and developing manager and leadership development programs for all levels of the company. A lifelong learner with four master’s degrees, he is currently working toward a doctorate in leadership. While leadership development is an interest to James, his passion is the cognitive processing that takes place in the leader-follower relationship.
