Nicki’s learning and development career spans 18 years and has included instructional designer, eLearning developer, program delivery manager, and learning strategist. She partners with leadership across ServiceNow, where she is a learning program manager, to develop a comprehensive strategy to develop the motivation, knowledge, and competencies that ServiceNow customers, partners, and internal learners require to achieve business outcomes.
