John Mehalek is chief strategist in designing and delivering the Cisco Illuminate Program. At Cisco, John has designed and delivered several enterprise-wide learning initiatives within the new hire, leadership, teams, and well-being spaces. Prior to Cisco, John was a leadership consultant, coach, and trainer. His certifications include DiSC, EI, Situational Leadership, CPTM.

Patrick Hutchinson is senior leader for the learning data, measurement & tools team as part of Cisco's Learning & Careers organization. He has been in the L&D field for over 15 years and has held a variety of leadership roles in learning operations. He has a passion for technology and measurement. His certifications include: SCPM (Stanford), and Leader of Data Science (NC State).
