L&D is a voice that reaches all employees. We’re often perceived as the team “that delivers training”. But L&D has so much more to offer beyond facilitating education and development across the workforce. From needs and audience analysis to effective communication skills and ongoing engagement, the L&D community is uniquely equipped to be a key asset during the change management process.
During this session we'll examine the evolving role of L&D and the change management competencies L&D can offer today. You'll learn how executive leadership teams can tap the L&D function to drive effective change management and how L&D can strengthen its influence and strategic position in the organization.
