Connie Lustofin is an AVP, learning manager at OppenheimerFunds. She has expertise in delivering programs on mobile learning, risk, compliance, process and application training, and career management, and has spent the greater part of the past couple of decades designing and developing online and alternatively-delivered learning solutions in the financial services industry. Combining her first career as a professional ballet dancer and teacher, she draws upon her studies in fine art, finance, psychology, printmaking, metalwork, merchandising, and hula. She’s received three gold Brandon Hall awards for use of video and innovative content.
