Shantel Dixon

Shantel Dixon is a school administrator and professional learning facilitator in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in educational psychology through the University of New Mexico where her focus research is on employee retention and progressive performance. Shantel has been both a keynote speaker and professional learning facilitator both within the field of education and at outside organizations, and she is an alumnus of the Learning Guild’s Thirty Under 30 program. She is a lifelong learner who continuously strives to better herself, engage in learning, and act as a leader within her community.
