Karl Richter is the owner of eLearning Blends. His team creates custom eLearning that integrates online training with classroom experiences and performance support tools. Karl works as a coach and facilitator with individuals and groups of all sizes. He believes the best training is not only accurate, but memorable enough to encode to long-term memory. His speaking style is humorous, research-based, and practical. Karl holds an MA in educational technology from San Diego State University and was an online and campus instructor until 2011.
