Joy Aspiazu

Virtual Learning Team Lead, United States Postal Service

Joy Aspiazu is the virtual learning team lead for the United States Postal Service for the blended learning and effectiveness department. Joy holds a master’s degree in instructional psychology and technology from the University of Oklahoma and she has worked for the USPS as an instructional designer for the last four years. Joy focuses on innovation via technology while working on blended programs that include eLearning, mLearning, virtual learning, performance support, and knowledge management. Joy has won a local ASTD award for innovative training.
